16 oz crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbs mayonnaise
1 1/3 tsp Old Bay
1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/3 tsp yellow mustard
2/3 cup crushed crackers
1 1/3 tsp chopped parsley

Directions :

Mix all ingredients except crab meat. Gently blend in crab meat. Form into cakes. Cover loosely with wax paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cooking. Pan fry in hot oil 4-5 min. or until golden brown.
